How much are the delivery costs?
All orders are sent within 72 hours after purchase via UPS with tracking number.

Import taxes and fees
All items shipped abroad may be subjet to customs duties and/or import taxes. Theses fees are independent of the item's price and delivery costs. The carrier will contact you directly if any charges apply. It is therefore your responsability to pay any such fee. Theses fees usually apply to items shipped outisde of the EU.
How is my order sent?
All orders are sent in secure and insured packages. You'll always receive a tracking number via email upon shipment. This will allow you to keep track of your order. We invite you to check your samps folder often.
When is my order delivered?
100% of orders are dispatched within 72 working hours and are usually delivered within 2 to 10 days business days depending on countries. A tracking number is systematically sent to you upon shipment. We invite you to check your spam folder.
How do I track the delivery of my order?

I received a damaged package, what should I do?
Always take the time to check the package you received is in good condition. If this is not the case, you are entitled to refuse it. The latter is in this case automatically returned to the seller. Unfortunately, if the item you received is damaged, please write us at : Contact@galeriedobkine.com to report the problem with photos explicitly illustrating the damaged item, with your order number.
What should i do if my package is blocked at customs?
When a package is being held in customs, there is usually a 10 to 15 days delay. If it remains held after that period of time, ensure that you have paid the fees. You can contact us beyond 15 days.
What should i do if i want to be reimbursed and return my package?
You have up to 14 days upon receipt of your order to withdraw and return the package to this adress : Dobkine Art & Collection, 53B Quai des Grands Augustins, 75006 paris. Please send us an e-mail at Contact@galeriedobkine.com with your order number. You'll be refunded within 7-10 days business days after receipt of the order, which must be in mint condition.
