3. Access to the Website and Use
3.1. Website Availability
The website is accessible 24/7, except in cases of maintenance or force majeure. DOBKINE ART & COLLECTION cannot be held responsible for service interruptions due to technical issues beyond its control.

The user agrees to:

Any order is considered firm and final after payment validation.

• Prices of artworks are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

• DOBKINE ART & COLLECTION reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of order validation.
5. Delivery and Pickup
5.1. Delivery Terms
• Purchased artworks are shipped via UPS.
• Delivery costs and timeframes may vary depending on the destination and the type of artwork. These details are provided before order validation.
5.2. Receipt and Claims
• The buyer must check the condition of the artwork upon receipt and report any anomalies within 48 hours.
• In case of damage during transport, a claim must be filed with both the carrier and the Gallery.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
6.1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 daysfrom receipt of the artwork to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for commissioned or customized artworks.
To exercise this right, the buyer must contact contact@galeriedobkine.com and return the artwork in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
6.2. Refunds
Once the artwork has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
• All artworks and images presented on www.galeriedobkine.com are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without authorization.
• Any unauthorized use of website content may result in legal action.
